Project Overview:Zuccoli Aspire 3 & 4 are the next stages of the Urban Development for the City of Palmerston. These subdivisions will be state of the art with all the local conveniences nearby; shops local schools. This project is sleighed for completion 2020 with multiple land releases along the way.

Value Add & Services provided by HiQA:
HiQA have been contracted by the Ostojic Group (OST) to provide Level 1 Supervision & Certification, conformance testing of subdivision fill & services backfill, asphalt testing as per the City of Palmerston Specification. Site Investigation & Classifications on each individual lot as per AS 2870.
This has included strip, importation & compaction of the fill in the;
