Project: Zuccoli Aspire 3 & 4

Project Overview:Zuccoli Aspire 3 & 4 are the next stages of the Urban Development for the City of Palmerston. These subdivisions will be state of the art with all the local conveniences nearby; shops local schools. This project is sleighed for completion 2020 with multiple land releases along the way.

Estimated Project Value: $500,000 excl of GST

Project Start Date: September 2015

Estimated Completion Date: December 2019

Value Add & Services provided by HiQA:

HiQA have been contracted by the Ostojic Group (OST) to provide Level 1 Supervision & Certification, conformance testing of subdivision fill & services backfill, asphalt testing as per the City of Palmerston Specification. Site Investigation & Classifications on each individual lot as per AS 2870.

This has included strip, importation & compaction of the fill in the;

  • Various land releases for Zuccoli Aspire 3 & 4
  • All of the service trenches & the sewer pump station
  • Filled areas ready for hand over to prospective buyers

Conformance testing services include;

  • Soils testing
  • Concrete Testing
  • Aggregate Testing

HiQA has also provided the flexibility for OST GRP to deliver over and above their contracted requirements. This included;

  • Assessment & advice on imported & site won materials for suitability against the requirements of AS 2870
  • Bearing capacity assessment, geotechnical investigation & design assistance for future stages & sewer pump station.

Due to a professional & long term working relationship between HiQA & OST GRP, the final product will be delivered on time & on budget.
