Introducing Darwin’s new Laboratory Coordinator

HiQA would like to introduce the newest member to HiQA and our leadership team, Scott Coburn.

Scott has taken on the role as Darwin’s Laboratory Coordinator in our growing Darwin operation. Scott has 6 years testing experience in construction materials with 5 years in the Northern Territory. Although not his first senior role Scott is looking forward to the challenge the position will bring. Scott stated that he is particularly excited about learning asphalt testing and becoming an expert in that area. Scott is passionate about quality and training which makes him a great values fit for HiQA.

Scott will be leading the laboratory team and is responsible for delivering in full and on time HiQA’s test reports and the ‘Yes’ experience to our valued clients.

Away from the work place Scott loves coaching and playing soccer. At home Scott is a family man with a young family, 20 chickens plus dogs and horses. Originally from Northern Ireland Scott loves the NT lifestyle and is hoping he and his partner can purchase more acreage to facilitate horse agistment and spelling.

Scott is keen to evolve and improve with the HiQA family and eventually would like a Laboratory Manager role. Welcome aboard Scott. Thanks for joining our HiQA story
