Project Overview:The Northern Territory Government (NTG) is currently undertaking a project to upgrade Tjukaruru Road & the Docker River Aerodrome. Suffren Contracting (SC) have been awarded the project by the NTG. As a part of the project HiQA Geotechnical Alice Springs are providing a NATA Accredited Annex Facility.

Estimated Project Value: $180,000 excl of GST

Project Start Date: December 2015

Value Add & Services provided by HiQA:

HiQA have been engaged by SC to provide a high level service & value add for the project. This is inclusive of;

• Fully NATA Accredited Annex Facility – Covering all aspects of the project
• Rock Source Onsite – Consultation & DoI Approval for the rock source on site for Sealing & Concrete Aggregate. This includes, testing, assessment & approval of the source for DoI Specifications.
• CMT Consultation – Around workability & suitability of material onsite, working closely with the Project Engineer to reduce costs associated with re-working & re-testing lots
