Project: Keep River Project
Project Overview:The Keep River Road connects the planned Project Sea Dragon and agricultural activities in Ord Stage 3 to processing facilities in Kununurra and export facilities at the Port of Wyndham.
The scope of works for this project includes sealing of 13.4km of the Keep River Road east from the Western Australian/Northern Territory border to a two-lane standard seal and a bridge over the Keep River to
increase route accessibility to support the planned Project Sea Dragon and Ord Stage 3 developments, improved freight capacity, through sealing of existing pavements, improved flood immunity, through provision of new bridges over the Keep River and Sandy Creek, increased regional productivity and economic development, through provision of year-round road access.
